Brentwood location: 11661 San Vicente Blvd Suite 101 Los Angeles CA 90049 We are located in the Union Bank building on the north side of the street between Barrington and Darlington Ave. Valet parking is available as well as street parking, the entrance to the garage is directly under Orange Theory.


Consultations with our Physicians Assistant, Registered Nurses and Para-Medical Aesthetician are complimentary. Consultations with Dr. Leaf are $250, which may be applied to surgical procedures. A credit card is required to book your appointment and will be charged upon your arrival or if you fail to keep your appointed time. There will be no charge for a cancellation within 24 hours.


Dr. Leaf has been privileged to treat patients from across the globe. We realize it is not always easy to fly in simply for a consultation. We will accommodate you in whatever way we can by setting up a virtual consultation whereby you fill-out the necessary New Patient Forms, and provide us with images via e-mail or Skype. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express and Care Credit. Checks are accepted for deposits on surgical procedures. Payment for surgical procedures is due at least two weeks in advance of your surgery date. Payment for non-invasive procedures is due at the time of treatment.


Before your surgery there are many things you can do to ensure optimum healing. Our staff is here for your peace of mind, feel free to call anytime. After your surgery the best way to recover is by having little to worry about once your surgery is complete. Above you will find a link for information on "After Care" retreats many of our patients recommend. If you don't feel the need for recovery care, ensure you have a friend or loved one who would love nothing more than to cater to you. This is your time to rest.
